Sheephouse Fishery - Tips needed Hi Guys I am new to the forum so hope that I am posting this to the correct place. I will be fishing @ Sheephouse Fisheries in Bucks soon and are looking for tips to what the fish are after at the moment. Their website is "under construction" so my usual way of finding the latest fishing report is, unavailable. My questions are: 1) Have you fished there before 2) What are they feeding on this time of the year 3) Did you catch anything and what There you go, my first question to the forum.. Best regards JD ![]()

Re: Sheephouse Fishery - Tips needed The fishing report (well report) We were about 10 men on the banks on Friday, all very excited to catch some of the newly released fish on the Wednesday. All kitted out and ready for serious fishing we only manage to fight the rain and wind, it was not the best day to get those rainbows to rise and quench their appetite. No-one caught anything (well I caught myself a couple of times; I would have won the biggest fish award with ease...) I am sure next time things will be better, I really enjoyed it and hope to return to Sheephouse (with its good fishing reports) soon... ![]()

Re: Sheephouse Fishery - Tips needed Thanks FLYMAN I'll keep you posted. I am suppose to go camping this coming weekend in Essex and might do some sea fishing (spinning) weather permitting My next fly fishing adventure (they all are) will be on 15/09/2010 Syon Park close to Richmond and then on the 20th at Moorhen Trout Fishery close to Winchester. (My work owe me a year in overtime) When's your next outing and where too? JD ![]()

We all have days like that now and again, but catching is only part of the fun, as Flyman says it gets better. Peter ![]()
