Re: Glenburn Fishery, Fairlie Moor, near Largs

Was up at Glenburn yesterday, just a social visit, there were fish moving all over with plenty getting caught.

This has to be one of the most scenic waters around, good to see Tam and Steven still enjoying thier fishery.

Looking forward to an open competition 'The Cunningham Cup' next sunday the 24th October, bring it on..............

If you travel from Largs south down through fairlie and out the other side there is a fishes restaurant on your left! Take the road directly after here and it's about a kilometre up the hill! The road is the fairlie moor road to dalry!

Hope this helps

Cheers Heppy, that fly worked a treat. Back again last week, but with no luck, it was too cold......no fish near the surface.
Hopefully going back tomorrow weather permitting
