In search of the perfect NY fishing grounds!

Im in search of a great fly fishing location in NY state area. I will begin fishing in the month of May. I am willing to travel all over. I am after Rainbow trout, Brown Trout and Salmon. Any info regarding tackle, loacations and times would be great! Thanks -JeepGuy

I live near Poughkeepsie NY. But am looking to travel to the Adirondacks, Catskills, Western NY for Salmon on weekend trips
