| I was boat fisshing out on a loch where we found a spot that looked promising after a few hours there we began to have seconed thought and decided to move, but i thoiught i would give it one last try i got to the end of my line and I normally find that if you leave it for a seconed you might find that a fish was following you,s o i did and when right before i pulled it back to cast the fish came right upto the fly but it did not have enough time to take a bite i yanked it up to start my cast and lets say the hook was well logged in after that one what have some of you luckiest catches been like ![]() looking forward to heaing them ![]() |

| Re: My luckiest catch - what is yours my luckiest was when i was pike fishing, i stuck my dead bait out and left it for a quick walk down river, when i came back a few minutes later the pike was half way down the river. the line was all tangled but thankfully he was sitting in at the bank and i could net him! |
