Smile Sutton Bingham Reservior nr Yeovil

In April I will be fishing this reservoir with work does anybody have any tips or advice for me regarding this water....i'm new to fly fishing so any advice will be good advice i'm sure. Cheers,

I don't know anything about the water, but am thinking we could possibly have a mini meet there at some point.

RE sutton bingham both i peter( dognobbler) and ian( greenheart) will be fishing sutton early in season if you would like to come along we will show you the ropes, get in touch with greenheart and we will go from there

Lol @ Ian.... depends when Ian i'd have to say...I've only got a 5 weight rod & reel is that a problem for somewhere this big???as I say dont laugh @ me but i'm new to all this fluff chucking as you put it
All this just to get some trout for the species hunt blimey what a kurfuffle eh???

rob thats all i use 5 or 6, and thats all you need.If you want a free casting lesson, while you are there

I use a 5/6 weight rod, although my casting sometimes fails in a comically catastrophic way.
