| e-bay fly gear Hey guys/ girls, Have been checking out some fly fishing gear on e-bay( search vintage fishing ) and notice that one guy(taupofish) has a lot of fly packs etc( Wheatley brand I think) on auction. Does anyone know if these flys are ok for aussie applications and if they are good value or not ? Am not a seasoned flyfisho so any info would be greatly appreciated as I have recently scored enough gear to start giving it a bash.     |

| Re: e-bay fly gear It would depend on how old they are as the threads and tying materials may not be as strong as they could be, most of the vintage stuff can be old. Check out island flies on ebay they are from the isle of lewis and are very good quality and should work anywhere __________________ www.fishingaround-scotland.com |
