| Winnie i was down at the borders in a cottage for a week and the day we arrived i thought i would explore the place with my dog. i went down a wee track with a very small sign saying Winnie loch. So i walked down and spoked to a guy fishing he told me about it and that evening i decided to go down fo an hour. It had been blowing a gale all day so i walked up to the top end of the loch (3 acre) and put on a dancer and 5 mins later i had one on. i had great sport on it and i ended up with 5 in an hour and dropping 3. Enjoying that evening so much i ended up fishing there every day i was on holiday. The last day me and my dad came down for 6 hours sharing a rod and caught 18 on dancer nomad and minkie the loch fills up with small roach so imitations of them do well. i had a great week and i would defenatly go back some time |
