| Blagdon yesterday Set of to blagdon at 6.30 arrived 7.45am to abeatiful sunrise shining across the lake.We set of for the north shore were we had heared was fishing well, there was about 6 people already there 1 or 2 with fish on which gave us the kick start we needed. I set up with a 6 wf ridge line and 2dai bachs variants on the dropper,s and a haresear nymph with a orange tag on the point.First cast just about to lift and cast again wollap first fish on it gave one hell of a scrap leaping out of the water about 8 times before i finally landed it,a bright silver 2pounder to the point fly.Third cast same again only this time on the the middle dropper . Nothing happend for a hour so we moved up the res to buttcomb point were ihad another 2 fish 1 on black buzzer the other on a black f fly. It went quiet again so we went to chedder water on the opposite side of the res were i managed to get one more fish to the dry fly.I finished with 5 fish to 3lb,my mates were unlucky only 3lb jack pike between them.
