| Hi all. Whilst having a clear out I have found an old Fly-fishing book. Title: How To Fish. Author: W.Earl Hodgson. 1st Edition. 1907. Hardback. It appears to be a follow-up from his previous book" Trout Fishing". As I know nothing about Fly-fishing I would appreciate any comments. The condition is such that if I am half as good at 97yrs old ( 26 to go) I will be quite happy. many thanks. Mick. |

| Re: Info.Reqd. Hi Paul. Thanks for taking the interest. Don't know how long I've had the book or where it came from but it makes interesting reading. It appears to be hand bound. The cover is in green and has a central motif of two encircled trout?? Coloured in gold with red and black markings. This in turn is boxed with four intertwined flies on leaders. Publishers on the inner leaf are Adam and Charles Black. London. 1907. Thanks for your time. Mick. |
