difference between dabs and flounders...

someone was asking how to tell the difference..

flounders have a rough back as oppose to dabs have a smooth back..

Also, check the lateral line on the flatfish's back, a dab's will always, near the back of the head, turn left and go almost full circle, but a flounder's will barely move track at all...
