A Witch is a flatfish.
Anyway it could be a Sole or even a Baby Hallibut,what do you reckon?

soles are thiner at the sides, halibut is nowigian (you propably no that unless ur thick) so defo flounder

Hallibuts are caught allover the North atlantic and the north east Pacific coast but your right this is to far south.

the way you can tell is it looks like a plaice on 1 side, it still has the white belly, so i reckon flounder
