i still cant catch a plaice!!!

i still cant catch a plaice even though im using the same rigs and bait(exept there using a little bit of limpet aswell as ragworm), same distance roughly casting. why am not catching them, and they are

So you are not doing exaxtly the same, try a bit of limpet on your ragworm, if that does work stick with it if not kick your mates in and pinch their fish, or about every two minutes wind your handle of the reel about 3 times just to move your bait slightly, using old style watch leads

ahhh, given up the plaice now, fishing from 3 -9 evry time i go for the night time fish, much better fishing for me but very cold, lol

night at the mo mate, pounting, shoalies, rockling, flounders so much better

Try alternating half a dozen red and yellow beads on your trace or snood line right up against your hook, this always worked for me on Devon's beaches.
