After what I saw on Sunday.....I hope you have a polishing cloth big enough Kev!  Baits are normally Maddies (harbour rag) ... you can dig them down there. Failing that very small rag worm... peeler if you can afford it or get it.... never tried mackie filletts but could be worth a go.
