| Worthing Brill I know all you lucky guys along towards the west catch Brill and Turbot regularly from your beaches, but when I bumped into an unsersized Brill in a competition on Worthing pier, it was deemed to be unusual. I wonder if anyone else out there has experience of shore caught turbot or brill over towards eastern channel shores? |

| Re: Worthing Brill hey rob we get quite a few small turbot on the beaches in wales but i have never seen or heard of a brill on the shore... i think the welsh record was set way back in the 70's and isnt very big. i have once seen a tiny topknot caught at langland by a bass angler fishing with a double crab bait over very rough ground!!! __________________ South Wales Angling Guide - Shore Angling in South Wales |

As for the Brill, I believe now that it was in fact a turbot. Still very pleased to have caught one so far east though. __________________ WWW.DVICE.CO.UK Where Fishing Gets Easier |
