sounds daft but can anyone tellme how to keep cat meat on the hook when casting.cheers!

Don't really think there is a way. What size hook are you using? I find I can keep it on with a size 8 or 10 hook, but don't cast hard/far!!! Do a nice gentle lob, and it should stay on

If by cat meat you mean chicken livers ect. for catfish you can encase it it mesh used for roe bags or even a piece womens stocking.

If you mean real cats use them whole with the skin still on.

A true cat lover here.

have seen some small wire screw type things that you add to the hair rig that hold on catmeat, but not tried the stuff yet
