Re: using bread as bait.....

Using bread straight from the wrapper is asking for difficulties. I take a slice out and put it in a sandwich bag with a few drops of water(this could be flavoured )put in to microwave for about 10 seconds Trial and error will be needed .The bread should be soft but pliable . For bread punch fishing cut crust off and roll lightly . When all your slices have been 'steamed ' place in aluminium foil to keep moisture in . I use this method everywhere I go including rivers. For best results I would reccomend buying a higher priced bread, I find Warburtons the best .
