any success with chick peas

I tend to buy the canned ones from supermarkets saves so much time, i put these into a airtight jar with a sprikling of curry powder and let them soak in that overnight, I tend to hair-rig them to prevent splitting, under a float (remove 1bb for every pea otherwise overweighted)
Well doen with the testing, garlic sausage is one I still have to try
