Re: Tench, Carp Or Bream Tips Go on a warm afternoon, and use dog biscuits or bread freelined. You should get a few carp like that. Legering luncheon meat, worms or corn will catch all of the fish asked of __________________ Dan `·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸ Big or small, look after them all! ¸.·´¯`·.¸ ><((((º>

Re: Tench, Carp Or Bream Tips It's using a weight. Just like you would with sea fishing, that's known as legering For carp fishing I use a 1oz in-line weight __________________ Dan `·.¸¸.·´¯`·.¸ Big or small, look after them all! ¸.·´¯`·.¸ ><((((º>

Re: Tench, Carp Or Bream Tips There are many ways of catching the fish that you have mentioned. You cant really go for an hour tho. When fishing on a still water you cant really walk to a swim and setup cast and catch. These are the things that i always do when freshwater fishing 1. Spend roughly 10 mins studying the lake, Look for natural cover i.e. weeds, trees etc. 2.work out the direction of the wind. This help because the wind blows any food to certin areas of the lake. 3.Look for any activity of fish, Bubbles, stired up water, carp rising. Only after all of these have been taken into account can you decided. What i then start to do is introduce a particle bait such as hemp or maggot into the swim to get tthe fish feeding. Then i will set up and start to fish. tj __________________ Big or Small ill catch them all!!!
