warm dry feet

OK I admit it. I bloody hate cold feet in winter.
I reckon if your feet are cold you are pretty much done for.
Last year I bought some seelskin socks and to be honest wasn't that impressed.
So this year I am thinking boots.
Everything I read suggest Skeetex ,my only reservation is they look as though I might trip over my own feet in them.
Thoughts anyone ?

I agree mate, cold and wet means end of session ! Im not sure Maddys plastic bags are the way forward so im hoping santa brings me a pair of the new Sundridge hot foot fisher boots

Yep, have to agree! Hot Foot boots, you won't be disappointed.

They say the old Derry boots with good insoles and thick socks do the job.

' Heat Holders ' socks, available on EBay are great , warmest socks I've ever found. Last few years I've been using Cotton Traders snow boots , very warm & dry , cheap too at about £20 , only downside is they seem to only last two years before the rubber starts to split . I tried the big Skeetex welly things once but not impressed.

I bought a couple of pairs of neoprene socks on fleabay for just under £20.00, now bare feet +neo socks+boots= warm dry happy feet.


Is it my imagination, or has M_T got two odd bags on?

Yep i use the same, but went for divers socks £5.00 a pair and i wear the TFG shoes and boots(but not at the same time, can't do the laces up when i do that)
