Middy feeder help Hi, I'm all new to this and needsone help. I've just bought new middy feeder which comes with tubing to go through the center of it. I've attached the swivel in the shock bead to one end, but don't know how to tie the other end up. I have got the two ends of the tubing out of the second end of the feeder. Do I put the second swivel on one length of the tubing or both? Then what knot do I use to tie it up? Thanks

Re: Middy feeder help this sounds like an inline feeder what you do is feed the rubber over your line then the feeder over the rubber, attach a swivel to the end of your line and this should allow the feeder to move freely up and down your line but the swivel stops it running down to your rig which you tie to the other end of the swivel hope this answers your question.

Re: Middy feeder help ok so no tubing but you have holes at iether end for swivels?then this might still be a free running feeder what you do is tie a swivel to both ends and attach to tour main line so it sits side by side this creates a D rig then you attach a hair rig as normal if this still doesnt sound right send another message and i will try my best to help

Re: Middy feeder help Thanks for the help. I've finally got a pic of it. Here's what I got in the box. ![]() The feeder. Two swivels. Two stops and a peice of silicone. See if you can make out how to sort it out.

Re: Middy feeder help ok the picture helps alot, the dark green middle bit is where you thread your line thruogh i know you got the silicone but you dont really need it, it just adds extra grip between line and feeder if you feel its to loose tie on the swivel to your line and hey presto you rigged up your feeder now just tie on a hair rig the extra swivel is a spare in case you loose your first one.
