| Sounds like a fun problem to have. Here's just a guess, keep in mind in in the middle of the U.S. and the longest rods I've ever used are 10' or 12' I'm betting its the speed & action of the rod tips. Try holding 2 of the tips in your hand at a time w/a finger between them to space them away from each other. Now shake them back&forth to see the 'pivot' or 'fulcrum' point of the rod. Pay attention to how far they flex, how far down the rod they flex, and how quickly they stop when you stop shaking. The more flex the slower the speed, the longer the flex the slower action. Holding 2 in your hand at once will make it easier to tell the dif. because they are both getting the same test. Does that make any sence to you? This would be ALOT easier to show you than describe. This will give you a hint to the speed and action Good luck and have fun ![]() __________________ A bad day fishing is better than a good day working!
