zziplex 2500

recently got a zziplex 2500 so thought i would do a report about it
it is an very light blank with fugi rings on
it has a nice sort tip with a good solid butt
it is a clean to mixed ground rod and casts leads from 3oz to 6oz no problem and can cope well with big baits
it seems to take well to any sort of casting, from a simple over head flick to a full blown pendulum and is very forgiving
bite detection on it is very good and picks up the smallest of bites with ease and would be well suited for anything from flounder fishing to smoothound fishing on clean beach's
the main downside of it is the masive tip section, it has an 8ft something tip section and a 5ft butt (i think) which makes transporting it tricky but worth it
over all its a very nice rod to fish but might not be quite upto being used by a seriouse caster
