Spiderwire

I just bought the 30lb. moss green test thats the diameter of a 6 pound test the original braid because when summer rolls around i get alot of line snaps from big bass or pikes. When I last bought spider wire it was like 8 dollars and now its like 17.99! Looks and seems to working great except I haven't caught a fish with it I had 1 chase but that was all I got yesterday when I went fishing again with it. Does anyone here use it today?

"Tickle a spider's web and the spider immediately detects that signal. Send a fishing signal up the line of Spiderwire and the angler can immediately detect that signal too. These lines have incredible signal transmission qualities and can be super-strong at incredibly small diameters relative to monofilament. Spiderwire is 3 to 5 times thinner than an average monofilament of comparable tensile strength! Spiderwire scientists combined Spiderwire's sensitivity and small diameter with extraordinary strength to create a lethal combination that not even Mother Nature's spider can match. A typical spider filament has a tensile strength in the range of 200,000 lbs./square inch (psi). Spiderwire uses gelspun polyethylene filaments having an awesome 400,000 psi!"

- Formulated for easy handling, long casting and extreme sensitivity
- Highest strength-to-diameter ratio allows baits to run better, is easier to cast, and provides more spool capacity
- Near zero stretch for instant hooksets
- Tough, durable and long casting in both fresh and saltwater
- Line does not twist when retrieving against the drag

Your $17.99 is cheap, on this side of the pond its nearly £30 for 300 yards,
that around $54.
