 Any Good Umbrellas out there suitable for the great british weather? Hi, I need an umbrella that can stand vertical and tilt for £20-£25, I was just wondering if an umbrella like the Waterline 45" Nylon Umbrella or the 45" Deluxe 100% Waterproof Dual Tilt Umbrella when tilted would keep me dry, would a deck chair and a 6 foot 4 person keep dry under that?? http://www.mullarkeys.co.uk/fishing/...terline/11484/ http://www.mullarkeys.co.uk/fishing/...larkeys/10576/ Which one should i choose?
