Well Where Do I Start With This.....

I Ordered A Seatbox The RS5 From Ultimate Tackle, Steve Recommended Them As He Has Ordered Bits From Them Before But Not A Seatbox. I Placed My Order Last Thursday, And It Said 2-3 Days Delivery, I Also Opted To Receive The 4 Emails At The 4 Different Processes Of My Order, Which Were 1. Order Received 2. Invoice Written 3. Money Received 4. Order Dispatched.

Now I Got 2 Emails Letting Me Know They Received My Order And Another Saying They Had Done My Invoice And I Could Look At It Online. So I Went Out Friday As They Never Let Me Know That They Had Received My Payment So I Assumed They Wouldnt Dispatch It. I Got Home Friday Afternoon To Find A Note Though The Door To Say The Delivery Company Had Been To Deliver My Seatbox But I Wasnt It. I Checked My Account With Ultimate Tackle To Find It Still Says That They HAVENT Received My Money Nor Had They Dispatched My Order.

After Getting Though To The Delivery Company I Had To Go And Collect If From Them. Great I Paid £10 Delivery And I Have To Collect It Myself.

Now I Went Fishing Saturday With Steve At Todber And Had The Most UNCOMFORTABLE Days Fishing EVER. They Box Collapsed Forwards First And Then Kept Slipping Backwards. After Steve Had A Look To See What Was Wrong He Noticed The Screws Had Been Over Tightened And Pulled Though The Plastic Which Is Why The Box Kept Slipping Down The Legs.

I Rang Ultimate Tackle Monday Morning And Told Them What Happened And They Informed Me That "They New The Boxes Were Faulty" And They Had Upgraded Leg Supports But They Dont Send Them Out Unless People Complain. "Thinking To Myself Why Send Out Something You Know Is Faulty". Anyway They Said They Would Send Me A New Set To Replace To Broken Ones. And They Should Come Tuesday.

Well They Didnt Come Tuesday. They Came Wednesday. And Guess What? I Didnt Receive A Set. I Got 1. And Guess What Another Kick In The Teeth The Replacement Which Was Meant To Be Made Of Better Material Was Also Broke And No Good.

I Rang Them Wednesday Morning To Ask For An Upgrade To The Next Model Up The Concept 5000. Now I Would Expect A Good Company To Drop Off The New Box While Collecting The Peice Of Rubbish They Gave Me In The First Place, But No. They Wanted Me To Send The Old One Back And Then Wait For Nearlly A Week For Them To Me The New Box. I DONT THINK SO. So I Asked For A Refund, Sounds Simple Doesnt It. But No, I Have To Send The Box Back, Then They Only Do Refunds On One Day Of The Week, Which Is A Friday. But Then He Tells Me That It Doesnt Matter How You Paid For The Seatbox They Have To Send You A Refund In The Form Of A Cheque Via Post. Now Im Sorry But I Paid By Card I Expect My Refund Back Onto My Card, Is That To Much To Ask. This Is The Most sdrawkcab (Backwards) Company I Have Ever Come Across. You Wouldnt Go Into Currys And Buy A Tv And Go Back For A Refund And Find They Tell You They Will Send You Your Refund As A Cheque Via Post Would You.

All I Can Recommend To Anyone Is AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID Like The Plague.

Keep As Far Away From These People As Possible, There Nothing But Trouble, You May Aswell Throw Your Money Away.

It is hard to comprehend the service you receive with out actually sampling it!

It cost us a bomb to get it delivered to NI even though we are in the UK, and it said on the website deliverly to UK was such and such and didnt mention that it was mainland only So we got a phone call a few days later saying we had to give them more for delivery, this would have been ok if the had told us before purchasing but a few days later really wasnt good enough

when i had my tackle business i was charged extra by parcelforce for deliveries to Norn ireland for the same 30kg parcel limit so used to just throw in an exta pirk or couple of leads .. i agree - we can send a man to the moon but it takes 5 days to get a parcel to Belfast

thanks for the advice on the Ultimate Tackle company im thinking of buying the concept 5000 seat box any one had any experience with one thanks

they must have changed them as the one I have ...has been fine...no probs with the legs ext
