SeatBox's

Hello guys,

I am in need of a new seatbox as my old one decided to break on me. I Have been looking around for a while and not made much progres. So far ply one has caught my eye. The Avanti 'Battlestation'. T need a box with alot of room Which this one seems to have as i carry more than i need on a days fishing. This box looks the part but i would like someone els's opinions.

I have set a budget of £250 for the time being but if a good quality box was to be shown for more i could push it.
It definatly has to look the part too!

Avoid, thats what i would recommend. Take a look at Ultimate tackle, good quality kit and good workmanship. they do a good selection of seat boxes. I have found that 90% of dragon tackle is not great. trying looking at ebay, for a second hand one for £250 you can get a lot of box for that money.

I would have more faith in a cardboard box than anything made /sold by dragon carp

Dragon Carp = Cheap & nasty.... Go for a good quality second hand box. Plenty on Ebay.

Okay thanks guys i will definatly not be buying anything from there! But is that a good box from avanti? I dont really no the best Seatbox makes or anything can anyone help?

Avanti are Dragon Carp, A good all round box is the Preston X Box, What i would do is go to your local tackle shop and have alook at their boxes, That way you get afeel for the type of box you want, the first thing is do you need a box, are you fishing matches, or would a chair like the Korum chair be better, it all depends on your style of fishing.
