Anyone had problems with these reels?

I own two, one has been repaired twice, the other is in now, both had the same fault, free spool button either won't depress or engage.

After paying £189 each I would expect better, Shimano do repair free of charge, but it still costs me £10.40 in postage. Head office is next step.

if you pay that amount of money its a bit of a cheek to expect you to pay postage for a repair,
