I have never used any of the artificial coarse baits ....the reason is that the real thing is so cheep! (and works ;) )

Another thing is that it cant be good for a fish to swallow a lump of plastic...its a bit like us eating 3 or 4 ping pong balls...I think you would end up at the doctors as a result....and fish dont have that option!

I dont see why anyone would want to spend a couple of quid on 4 bits of artificial bread when for 50p you can get a full loaf full...and still have enough left to make luncheon meat sarnies at tea time :)

saw some new imitation abit today, for sea fihsing
cant remember the name but it was procsed crab meat
guy in the shop said he had heard good things about it but he said that boput evrything
didnt buy anytoday but might next week
i think it was £2.65 which aint bad cause you got about 7-8 thumb sized lumps

I have recently used pop-up yellow corn, with 22mm halibut pellet. It seems to help give the halibut a little neutral bouyency! So far so good not blanked yet with it!!!
