CLEVELAND – Many area businesses are among the diverse exhibitors at the 48th annual Cleveland Mid-America Boat Show at the I-X Center.

The show features everything from a completely restored 1955 Chris Craft Cobra exhibited by the North Coast Chapter of the Antique and Classic Boat Society to an all-inclusive monitoring systems that includes synchronized displays of GPS, Radar and depth finding equipment.

Hundreds of boats of every make and model are on display. Many area businesses are among the numerous and diverse exhibitors at the show which runs through Jan. 23.

“It’s going very well. We’ve had a great show so far,” said Heidi Biglin, events coordinator for Marine Max of Catawba Island. “We think the rest of the our stay will be great.”

Gary Straw, who owns and operates the Load Master Trailer Company of Port Clinton with his wife, Diana, are spending their 7th season with the show. “We’re here to support our dealers and spend time with old and new customers. The show gives us a great opportunity to do that.”
