I think the article said they are on bail - so still innocent.
Perhaps if they were dart players the judge would let them go down the pub each night, instead of torturing themselves by a puddle.

Why should they have the right taken away , nothing proved ,so they are Innocent in the law of the land

Nick's right. Innocent till proven guilt. If the courts were that worried they'd hold them in remand.

One side of me says that Nicks right because they are still innocent till proven guilty;
However my other side says there is usually no heat without fire and
If they couldn't stand the heat then they shouldn't have stood too near the fire in the first place.

I was not questioning the guilt, just that you can get curfew conditions changed to go fishing. If you are on curfew, it is for a reason, and i wondered if bivvying up by a lake was reason enough to have a special exception.
