burnham on sea

i am going for a long weekend away soon to a site called camp unity at burnham on sea, ( no !!!! , it's not a nudist camp )
this site has a lake for coarse fishing,i am trying to find out a bit about it.
has anyone been there ?

Used to live in burnham as a kid. Don't know if it's the same camp but we used to fish a lake called apex lake next to a holiday camp. Guess I'm not gonna be a lot of help as it was thirty years ago but, boy did we catch a lot of fish. Mainly roach, tench and perch......big perch. if it was getting towards dusk and we caught a small roach we just let it swim away unhooked.....yep soon enough big perch, for a small kid it was big , looking back maybe under 2 pounds but to us then it was big.
