Question Specimen Fish

Can anyone tell me where I can find the weights of which a species becomes a specimen.

Freshwater fish only required.

eg Roach 2lb+ is classed a specimen. Tench 7lb+ is a specimen etc etc

Question Re: Specimen Fish

Baitmaster,

So there is no specific listing of what a specimen fish weight is?

Is this theory of half the record weight well known as I have never heard of that ruling?

Nice 1

Re: Specimen Fish

Specimen sizes will also vary from area to area although this is possibly more true for sea fish than fresh water fish.
