Pole Fishing - how to and rigs tips

Need help

Well its been years since I had one , I think it weighed about a stone

But know is the time for be to give it a go again

Any tips rigs or fishing pole advice please post it here

use 1 of those things which you put on the end of the pole, kinda like a feeder cos you empty thje bait right next to your float

have a few rigs set up, i'll try and get some pics of rigs later

kindof clips on to the pole or else slides on

basicaly a big carbon hollow pole with sections (how many depends on the length of pole) and the top section has elastic in it and al you hav 2 do is tye a rig on the end of the elastic

never knew about the elastic part, i always though you just tied the linbe on the end and if you got a fish you just had to see who was stronger, the fish, you or the line and juts pull

A little trick i have been shown recently when you are using soft baits like paste or if you are in a limited swim with not much room.
What you do is put a cable tie on your pole a couple of sections down and leave a tag on the cable tie a couple of inch long and sort of bend it upwards.
You can then rest your baited hook on this tag ship it out and then just turn your pole so the baited hooks gently drops into your swim.
I used it the other week with paste as by the time i shipped my bait out along the water half or all the bait had fallen off.
