Hook Length's

I hate to ask such questions, which will no doubt be obvious to some of you in here ,but it is the only way I will learn and become the great fisherman I want to be.

I understand the concept of using braid when fishing for big fish but should i be using a different strength hook length when i'm float or feeding fishing.

For example should i be changing my hook length is i'm using 3lb line. Also is there a general rule that you should use a great strength of hook length or a weaker length

Re: Hook Length's

Depend what your fishing for mate!!!!!!

if your going for 15plus carp beef up to twelvee or fifteen but stay light for the smaller fish
I know a man who landed a 36 pound mirror on 2.6 pound line be dont be like him and remember to use your clutch
