wire trace for specimen roach?

on one of the forums im on it says use wire trace for speciment roach i thought this wasnt right and 3lb test curve and 30lb line is this right?

i think someone is being a little silly,there is no situation that would ever arise that would give you reason to use tackle such as that for roach.

UK roach will never need wire and all that rubbish post closed

( This is just a stupid thing going around forums by fools )
