after serious consideration i have decided to start using braid for my piking,
what brand is the best ?,

I agree with Drew. Quality braid at a very cheap price

I've used it for carping too, it makes it that bit more fun

My personal fave is Berkley Whiplash. Been using it for the past 7ish years for all my lure fishing for pike. Never had any problems.
