knotless knot

been trying to tie my own braid hooklengths for my up coming tench bashing sessions,
trouble is,it keeps going wrong,
does anyone have an easy way of tying these ?

i certainly don't want to keep buying them.

Re: knotless knot

This is the one I use mate:




Step 1:
Firstly, tie a loop at the end of the line. Cut the length of braid you want oversized by a couple of inches. Thread the newly cut end backward through the eye of the hook.

Step 2:
Wrap around the hooks' shank downwards about six times.

Step 3:
On the sixth turn, thread back through the eye of the hook.

Step 4:
Pull tight.

EDIT: meant to say, if it's a hooklength, tie the knot first then move the hook to where you want it. If its the mainline, tie the knot then thread through the eye of the needle and then tie knotless knot. Hope this makes sense mate
