| Re: Whitebait Whitebait are juvenile herrings and sprats and smelts. They are an excellent Bait for carp on heavily stocked commercial waters. You can often see them wased up on the beach in high summer when they get herded by predators. You can buy blocks of whitebait from supermarkets. Regards Tony |
