Question Gettin rid of that fishy smell...?

Anyone have any good methods of gettin your hands back to smelling a little more like hands and a little less like fish? Soap does not work. Either does bleach...

bake a cake, or some thing which you have to kneed the doug with you hands for, soon cleans out under ur nails and gets rid of the smell

Hi Bre 5584,

A block of stainless steel rubbed over your wet hands does the trick.

Cheers

Utter nonsence, don't listen to a word of this supersticious codswallop. The only thing that will work is to chop your hands off. Well this won't actually get rid of the smell, but you'll quickly stop worrying about it.

Hope this helps

Haha- Thanks you guys! I'm particularly fond of the baking a cake and the chopping my hands off ideas... Think I'll try them in that order...

Re: Gettin rid of that fishy smell...?

i tend to use lemon juice with a bit of sugar, this tends to work for getting rid of the best part of the smell and then use a scented soap to finish off.

failing that go down to your local launderette and thow yourself into their biggest machine (only recomended if you can hold your breath for 30-40 mins )
