True it can be a bit nasty but if you go again the next day it doesn't really matter

Re: Gettin rid of that fishy smell...?

Never mind let them complain. They don't know how enjoyable it is or better yet wake them up early and take them with you. You'd be really popular for that!

Re: Gettin rid of that fishy smell...?

Get a tube of cheap tooth paste.....it works great! And its easy to pack along. Also Berkley sells a liquid solution designed to eliminate the human scent from lures, it also works great and has a dual purpose.

good luck

Re: Gettin rid of that fishy smell...?

I have to say when Hubby staggers in at 11.30 after being on a boat all day and in a manky pub all night it ' gies me the baulk' as we say here in Scotland . He HAS to have a shower , put his clothes straight into the washing machine and the gear goes into the shed!!!If he doesn't, he sleeps outside, coz it HONKS, big time!

When he's fresh water fishin it's fine.

Maybe it's the stale beer and kebab breath too..........
