What a great day..........

for going out and doing a bit of Pike Spinning !

Its very cold and frosty here in South Yorks but the sun is shining and it would be wonderful to be out roving the banks with a spinning rod dont-cha think ?
"Knock off" at 1pm ish and call for "a jar or two" and a plate of Meat and Potatoe Pie at the nearest Pub !

I must say that I am filled with jealousy here. That sounds like a brilliant day - lunch in the pub, meat n tattie pie then a trip to the bank for pike...perfect!!

Gave it 3 hours then visited the Pub !
A lovely day but no fish sadly. Plenty of fresh (and cold) air though and the views were grand !

Will do it again for deffers, well reccommended !

When you're stuck at work all week, its just nice to take a day off and do what you want to do !

Yesterday was great despite being "fish-less" and the Beer and Pie wasn't half bad into the bargain !
