Happened to a friend at a pond the other day, lol. Stripped to his boxers and walked 2-3 meters in the water to get his rod back, got trapped in reeds. Took a landing net incase fish was still on, it must of got away though.

i would of gone after it but the river was too high afte the rain plus i had a fish on my other rod,i doubt the barbel is still on now i hope not anyway some pikeys down stourport have got a early xmas present probaby lol

saw a bloke stand up to stretch his legs at sandwell valley after a biteless hour ,,and laughed as i saw his 1000 quid pole disapear across the lake ,i lost a couple sea rods fishing for huss now if i go for a wee i clip a bungee on my reel and attach it to my pod gives me time to strike lol, lmao at stourport pikeys

i wont be doing it again mate only fishing with two rods when low so i can jump in if it does go in lol

Unlike Horsefair in Kiddy then? or even the RR.......and various other parts... I lived in Kiddy till earlier this year (worst move I ever made) and SOS is like paradise compared with certain parts of Kiddiminski!!!!
