| Carmartheshire help Hi folks, We moved to Carmarthenshire (near Crosshands) a couple of years ago. My fishing's been pretty much on hold since my daughter was born.... she's coming up to 10 now tho and wants to try fishing with Dad :) Because I didn't grow up here, I don't know about the little free-to-fish ponds/lakes/stretches of river that you just pick up when you're a young lad (I know Southampton and South Oxfordshire!); and I don't really want to be paying out lots of money for spending the day sorting out her bird's nests on the reel.... So if anyone can point me at a good place to get her started (I've fished for bass on the Neath estuary a couple of times, but I'm thinking more like roach for her), I'd really appreciate it..... thanks in advance!
