chopped worm help

hi there i am going down to my local canal for some perch fishing and i am very kean to use chopped worm as i was fishing today next to man that was using a large worm over a bed of chopped worm but i have very little knowlege of fishing with chopped worm so any help would be great thanks

I would mix it with a bit of ground bait as well mate.

Stick it in an open ended feeder, put a worm on your hook and away you go!
