To hell with those morons,just keep doing what you obviously enjoy.Me,I fish nearly all the time for Carp and Tench(mostly because thats all there is in my fishing hole lol).I am just as thrilled to catch a 4-5lb wild Carp as a 28lber.As far as I can tell,most of the "experts"only fish places where the fish come out the water with their fins in the air,being so used to being caught.    |

| Re: goodbye carp fishing!! its like boldbear says these carpanglers tend to beleive they are superior anglers because they catch bigger fish ,they in fact alienate themselves from other anglers by not recognising fishing different techniques and going for smaller speceis regardless of if they are specimen catches  .ive had it on a commercial i fish, i caught a 16.4lb carp on 4lb line (fishing for silvers on maggot at the time) reeled it in and banked it with his help and all he could say was ill give ya 8lb for that one  when i actually weighted it he said my scales were wrong and stromed off a*se hole was my thought  ,but seriously dont let the veiws of narrow minded people who think to catch a fish you need three rods and fifteen tons of bait and must live in a bivvy for ninety percent of there lives put you offtight lines regards dave __________________ give a man a fish and feed him for a day ,teach a man to fish and he will be gone for a week fishing is a discipline in the equality of men ,for all men are equal in the eyes of a fish |

People take the piss at work when I get up at shit early o,clock to go fishing and then catch nothing.
