Barbel bait???

Any home made recipes for either making a paste, pellets, groundbait??
I've had a look round and seems these new ones are quite pricey.

Any ideas would be appreciated

I don't really have any recipes but I have started using worm cast as part of my groundbait if that helps. Seems to work well most of the time.

Plenty of micro pellets in the groundbait, along with sweetcorn. I done great using sweetcorn as hookbait, landed a good few barbel on it last season.
