Best places to fish in bathgate surrounds?

Have been getting back into fishing after a break for a few years while I was at college.

Have been to Hopetoun, (Old) Bangour, Pottishaw, Eliburn, Bouden springs, Avon and Loch Cote.

Anybody been to the above places recently?

Was at loch cote last year and got asked to leave by some farmer who I have never even known about in the 13 years I have fished the place. Just left as I didn't want any bother from him. So can't go down there any more which is saddening as I caught my first fish there and enjoy the place.

I know that Bangour has new owners and has apparently had some huge changes but haven't fished it yet.

Will no doubt be up to the listed places soon but was wondering if there was any good waters or fisheries that are really worth a visit.


As for the rest I haven't heard any news of them.

Any suggestions?
