is it too cold for carp?

nope, not too cold.

warm weather is better as the carp's metabolism is more active meaning they will be more actively searching for food. Having said that they will feed in colder months but a diferent aproach must be taken.

its not too cold for carp. ive fished through out january,febuary with no problems catching . i use pop up baits with a small amount of the same flavour bait in a pva mesh bag, great results
