| Re: gloucester canal going to be just down from the docks been told its good behind and down from cinema? going to try anything ive never fished river or canals before and decided still water is crap in winter after catching 3 carp all day on sunday (2 were foul hooked so shouldnt count them) will i need a load extra kit? i have 2 carp rods a ledger rod and a float road all with 10lb line on freespool reels also a few avon floats, l will hopefully get some of these carp ive heard about their, but really wont mind what jumps on the hook (would prefer not pike as im still an novice fisherman!) been told i can get a day tickets on bank? is this true? |

| Re: gloucester canal Hi gavin4355, i have fished the gloucester canal, a long time ago, had some good bags fo fish, its a good place to fish, not sure about the day tickets on the bank though, hope you have a good time if you fish it, yight lines Boo. |
