does this count as groundbait

hi all, ive just made a mix up of softened 4mm halibutt pellets, blended sweetcorn and crushed 8mm halibut pelletts and strawberry boilleys, and strawberry paste smells lovely and stinkey hopefully the fishys will like it but will the local bailliff this wouldnt count as ground bait would it?

it is very soggy nick, it sticks together when i sqeeze it and about 50% of the pelletts are disolved is that like how you mean?

so if he saw it there is and argument that it is a form of groundbait?

Himley hall has a groundbait ban but allows it in feeders . Seems they adopt a sensible approach and would probably only get "rulesy" with you if you were taking the micky.

you can class putting maggots in as a ground bait ,
i think he will mean cereal groundbaits

As far as I'm aware ground bait bans are imposed to stop people throwing loads of bait in. The local water allows method feeders and cage feeders as the fish are consuming it.
